about your student health services
In August 2019, Northwestern Medicine began operating the Student Health Center at Northern Illinois University.
The Northwestern Medicine Student Health Center at Northern Illinois University provides outpatient health care services to eligible NIU students, similar to an immediate care facility or your primary care physician’s office.
The Student Health Center is open for in-person appointments and virtual visits. Students are encouraged to make an appointment online through the MyNM patient portal or call to schedule an appointment 815.306.2777.
We do not provide medical care via e-mail. If you have specific medical questions, please call our office or send a message via the MyNM patient portal.
